Jumbo Bag Ltd has over a decade of experience in producing high-quality Type C bags for various applications in the Global Market.
The Type C fabric of Jumbo Bags Ltd is specially designed and woven with conductive tapes in both the warp and weft directions to ensure uniform conductivity properties throughout the jumbo bag/FIBC. Special conductive material tapes are used to interconnect all the components, thereby achieving perfect continuity.
We offer Type C bags with or without liners, with or without lamination, and in a range of designs, including Circular, U-panel and Four-panel, Baffle, Round bag, etc. in sizes ranging from 250 kgs to 2500 kgs.
Liners, such as L2 and co-extruder conductive liner, are supplied with Type C Jumbo Bags to meet customer requirements. Tabbing, gluing, or flange sewing are used for liner attachment. Connecting the inner liner and outer bag enhances bag performance during filling and discharge operations.
All of our bags are tested for conductivity based on IEC 61340 standards, both in-house and by third-party labs like LABORDATA in Germany and Dekra (Chilworth, USA).
