We understand that different materials require different handling and storage solutions, which is why we offer a variety of baffle bag types, including Type A, Type B, Type C, and Type D. With different combinations available, such as with or without lamination or coating, and 4 corner loops or cross corner loops, we provide a customized solution that meets your needs.
Our baffle bags are ideal for filling low-density fine powder materials, and to prevent any seepage through sewing holes, we offer to sift proofing. For materials that require extra protection, we provide double and triple sift proofing and felt incorporation.
To enhance filling and discharge efficiency, we’ve also developed the NET BAFFLE BAG for various applications, which can improve filling time by up to 25% for some materials.
